Mayonnaise
Our mayonnaise is a customized product with different formulas for different countries and buyers. Mayonnaise is a stable emulsion of egg yolk, oil, and vinegar or lemon vary according to the formula. Heavy mayonnaise has a higher percentage of oil, whereas light mayonnaise uses less oil. A special blend of mustard and other spices is added to create the perfect flavor profile. We work with our customers to determine the formulas most appropriate for their needs.
